Copy Tone

Copy tone plays a major role in CBD’s personality. It should never be forgotten nor neglected.

Any promotional materials from the agency should embody the attributes to the right, including (but not limited to):

  • Social media
  • Web copy
  • Emails
  • Videos
  • Direct mail
  • Sales collateral
  • Blogs
