Forms

In many instances, our brand is experienced by our clients via our forms. We updated them in 2016 to reflect our renewed effort to MWM. They should always be consistent and “clean” to make sure we look organized and polished.

All forms default use 11pt Calibri as the main font.

There are three types:

INTERNAL FORMS

The contact and freelance agreement forms for prospects of CBD Marketing.

Internal Forms can be worksheets that are only used internally and never seen by the client.

EXTERNAL FORMS

An external Scope of Work (SOW) form for clients of CBD Marketing.

External Forms are those that are used internally and eventually seen by the client.

EXTERNAL DOCUMENTS

RFP

External Documents are those which are typically used in RFPs or case studies. They are generally intended for public consumption only.

INTERNAL FORMS

Certain forms will only be used internally and are not intended to print in color. As such, we use the CBD corporate logo in the upper left corner is black only and no MWM bug in the lower right corner.

Forms can be found on the PUBLIC server or G Drive in the CB_PRO_Forms folder. Use only these official forms.

EXTERNAL FORMS

Although many of our forms are used internally among our co-workers, they will eventually be sent out to the client. As such, they can include one of two versions of the CBD logo and the MWM bug in the lower right corner on the last page.

Official forms, such as estimates and scopes of work, feature the CBD corporate lockup logo.

Working documents, like copy decks and approval forms, will feature the CBD tagline lockup logo.

EXTERNAL DOCUMENTS

For any external-facing document that answers a request from a prospective client we have developed a template in Microsoft Word.

This applies to:

  • Requests for information (RFIs)
  • Requests for proposal (RFPs)
  • New Business Responses

In certain cases, this template and look can be duplicated in other programs. Designs are subject to approval by an ACD or higher from the Creative Department.
