CHICAGO (May 16, 2018) –Awards season is just beginning, but CBD Marketing (CBD) is already stacking up the wins, including a prestigious Award of Distinction from the Communicator Awards for Whirlpool Corporation’s presence at the 2017 Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC).

PCBC is the largest trade event for West Coast builders and suppliers to the residential and multi-family homebuilding market. Whirlpool Corporation’s Contract Channel is a key supplier of a wide range of major appliances across several brands, including Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air and Amana. CBD not only designed the Whirlpool booth itself, but supported the initiative with a fully integrated campaign, including social media, PR, digital and e-marketing.

Founded and sponsored by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, the Communicator Awards honor work that transcends innovation and craft. The competition receives over 6,000 entries from companies and agencies around the globe, making it one of the world’s most competitive creative awards programs.
