CHICAGO (May 5, 2020) – With nurses on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic, Colman Brohan Davis, Inc. (CBD Marketing) is helping drive donations to the American Nurses Foundation’s (ANF) Coronavirus Response Fund for Nurses. This special ANF Fund—in concert with partner organization Nurses House—is addressing current and emerging needs of nurses who are directly impacted by this crisis.
The agency is using the hashtag #NursesAreWorthIt on social media platforms to raise awareness of the Fund and provide a donation link. In addition to its own platforms, CBD is asking other organizations and individuals to partner with them on the campaign to support this worthy cause.
According to the ANF, the Coronavirus Response Fund will focus on:
- Providing direct assistance to nurses
- Supporting the mental health of nurses – today and in the future
- Ensuring nurses everywhere have access to the latest science-based information to protect themselves, prevent infection, and care for those in need
- Driving the national advocacy focused on nurses and patients
The Fund effort kicked off with a $1.5 million grant from Johnson & Johnson and the TYLENOL brand, with additional sponsor support from UnitedHealth Group, the Allstate Foundation, the Rite Aid Foundation and other national and regional groups.

CBD Marketing will continue the #NursesAreWorthIt campaign at least through May.
